Tami Wellman

A Christian author, speaker, wellness advocate, and purpose-driven success coach with over 30 years of experience in leadership, ministry, coaching, and high-pressure real-life rebuilding.
She has led ministries, planted a church from scratch, raised four daughters, coached competitive athletes, and built multiple communities and teams. She’s also walked through one of the most disorienting seasons a woman can face: the collapse of marriage, career identity, and financial security — all at once, in midlife.
In that season she had no luxury of “time off to figure it out.” She had mouths to feed, bills to pay, and four young women watching to see if their mother could still stand.So she did what leaders do in real life: she learned to stabilize under pressure, act with clarity, and build something new in real time.
That experience became the foundation of her work.
Through Victorious Spirit Life, the Prime Impact Pathway, and her movement of faith-led women, Tami now teaches others how to:
